He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbie; his children, Kim Dammicci (Tony) of Dallas, TX, Rick Collier of Homosassa, FL and Ken Collier (Melissa) of Slidell, LA; his sister Chris Pell (Jim) of Mount Airy, NC.; and his parents, Wilmer Grant Collier, Sr. and Edna Tickel Collier. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
