He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Claybrook and Winnie Lee Claybrook; and his brother Billy Joe Claybrook (Nadine). He is survived by: his wife Connie Claybrook; his daughter Karissa Arabelle Claybrook; his granddaughter Arabelle Dahl Epherson; and his sisters, Winnie Lee Mathis (Jamie) and Carol Ann Kornhoff (Ted). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Herbert requested donations to be made to the American Cancer Society (https://donate.cancer.org) or to the Rec 7 Basketball league.
