With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ina Lapeyrolerie Brownlow of Slidell, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2026 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Lapeyrolerie (Aline Lapeyrolerie) and Albert Lapeyrolerie; her siblings, Neava Yentzen, Ula Perez, Arlie Lapeyrolerie Jr., Mona Gaudin and Stanford Lapeyrolerie; her husband William "Cran" Brownlow, Sr.; and her son William "Bill" Brownlow, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Maria B. Parks (John), Debbie B. Moore, Jeff Brownlow, Laura B. Franco and Stephanie B. Loman (Sean). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home (1751 Gause Blvd W, Slidell, LA 70460). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (1751 Gause Blvd W, Slidell, LA 70460).
Masses, flowers, and donations to Hospice House, St. Margaret Mary Church Altar Society, and the Louisiana Nurse Honor Guard are appreciated.
