He is survived by: his children, Brent Cunningham (Kelsey Cunningham) and Shelby Cunningham; his grandchildren, Kaden Domino, Kolton Domino, Olivia Cunningham, Grayson Cunningham and Jameson Burke; and his former wife Cherie Parnell. He is also survived by his family, friends.
