He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rousseau and Clothilde Rousseau; his siblings, Earl Jr., Alden, Raymond, Ethelind Walker and Marion LeBeau; and his in-laws, Isadore and Ora Narcisse.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Narcisse; his daughters, Kristin (Aundra Wallace) and Brandi (Jhontez Peoples); his grandchildren, Kennedy McMurren, Nai Rousseau and Aubrey Peoples; his great grandchild Lyla McMurren; his sisters, Shirley Ahmed, Barbara Dorsey, Antonia Brown, Virginia Searcy (Sam), Grace Matlock (Bruce), Lillian Narcisse (Ron Kerr), Leora Bolden (Jesse) and Sheila Monconduit (Eric); and also Linda Kirk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
