She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Leroy Blackmon; her parents, Spencer Deyo and Ruby Deyo; and her grandson John Keane Dalton IV. She is survived by: her siblings, Harry Deyo (Butch) and Ruby Kay Anderson (Katie); and her daughters, Krista Lee (Ernest), Karin McAndrew (Monte), Kellie Dalton (Keane), Karrie Bond (Jewel) and Kathy Blackmon. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Honaker Funeral Home (1751 Gause Blvd W, Slidell, LA 70460). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (1751 Gause Blvd W, Slidell, LA 70460).
