He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Gaynor and Carolyn Gaynor. He is survived by: his wife Karyn Gaynor; his children, Thomas Gaynor, Jayme Cleveland and Krystal Enger; and his grandchildren, Austin Cleveland and Savannah Cleveland.
