He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Bockhorst and Marie Bockhorst; his former wife Mary Ella Bockhorst; his siblings, Vincent Bockhorst, Rosemary Totton and Rita Thawley; and his daughter Kelly Richards.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Madere Bockhorst; his siblings, Robert Bockhorst and Betty Weber; his daughters, Teresa Serie (Lyle), Debbie Causey (Bob) and Gayle Poole (Charles); his stepdaughters, Patricia Seemann Brand (Bubba) and Elizabeth Cochran (Christopher); his grandchildren, Allen, Christi, Kimberly, Sara, Jonathan, Justin, Julia, Abriana and Laden; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Elizabeth, Katherine, Carter and Maesyn.
