It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Walter Hebert of Slidell, Louisiana, who passed away on July 24, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Hebert (Shirley Oestriger Hebert) and Rita Sullivan Hebert Latiolais (Clyde); his brother Charles Hillman Hebert; and his daughters, Suzette Lynn Hebert, Aimee'Annette Hebert Simpson and Jeanne Rene'Hebert Kadinger.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Faciane Hebert; his sister Faith Hebert Boatright; his sons-in-law, Jeff Simpson and Robert Kindinger; his grandchildren, Madison Kadinger Macaluso (Ross), Logan John Kadinger, Baylor Grace Simpson and Reese Elizabeth Simpson; and his great grandchildren, Dax John Kadinger, Sullivan James Kadinger and Blythe Lind Macaluso.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (400 Westchester Pl, Slidell, LA 70458). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
