He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Machutas Tosh Vicknair and James "Jim" Tosh; his in-laws, Edna Bender Cotaya and Milton Eugene Cotaya Jr.; his grandparents, Theresa Laufer Tosh, Thomas V. Tosh, Helen Lavich Machutas and Joseph P. Machutas; and his sister Dr. Janet Tosh Leonard.
He is survived by: his significant other Vicki Cotaya Tosh; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Blackwood, Terry "Trey" Blackwood (Michelle), Beaux Blackwood and Alexis Blackwood; and the mother of his children Fran Sgroi Tosh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
