She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charlie, Jeanne Gaines and Carl Bourgeois. She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Gaines and Tammy Bourgeois Gaines of Slidell; her husband Luis Martinez-Avila of Slidell, LA; her daughters, Jordan, Jaylin and Jessylin; her birth father Jeff West (Shannon) of Lafayette, LA; her siblings, Heather Beach (Lawson) of Ft. Worth, TX, Monique Wells (Jeremy) of Slidell, Megan Dupuy (Wesley) of Slidell, Danielle Gaines of Ville Platte, LA, Charlene West Folk, Michael, Gavin, Dacey and Riley West; and her grandparents, Gary, Janice Maroney, Evelyn Bourgeois, James and Margie Buford. She is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews; two great-nephews.
