He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Errol Bell. He is survived by: his children, Nicole A. Bell, Larry Charles Bell and Tiarra Williams; his sisters, Linda Smith and Angela Bell Fitzpatrick; and his significant other Rhonda M. of Washington. He is also survived by one brother and one sister-in-law; three aunts, an uncle, Godmother, bonus children and grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other bonus family members, relatives and friends.
