He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Pentzer. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pentzer; his children, Shawn Pentzer, Will Donoho, Sherri Denz and Ashley Donoho; and his brother Jerry Pentzer. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
