He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard K. Rist and Doretha Rist. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Artis; his grandsons, Jude, Patrick, Wade, Avery, Ryan and Nate; and his siblings, Diane Graves (Earl), Sandy Moran (Jimmy) and Steve Rist. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
