We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2023, at the age of 65, Leslie Toups Bouvier of Slidell, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Christopher G. Bouvier; and her parents, William J. "Bill" Toups, Sr. and Valerie Gondolf Toups. She is survived by: her husband Carl G. Bouvier; her children, Valerie Bouvier Scogin, Samuel P. Bouvier and Marie N. Bouvier; her siblings, William J. Toups, Jr., Clayton D. Toups, Douglas G. Toups and Sharon Toups Perrier; and her son-in-law Daniel E. Scogin. She is also survived by 4 granddaughters.
