He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hans Fenner and Geraldine Wood Fenner; and his son Hans Justin Fenner. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fenner; his children, Rebecca Harvey (Tim) and Eli Fenner; his grandchildren, Grace Haywood, Owen Fenner, Bailey Fenner, Maelin Harvey and Eva Harvey; and his siblings, Alvin Fenner Jr., Floretta Boone (Mitchel) and Brenda Schumert (Troy). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
