With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Elizabeth Garcia Stevens of Slidell, Louisiana, who passed away on May 2, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Jimmy Davis Stevens; her stepparents, Kyel Pichon and Mercedes Garcia; and her in-laws, Luther and Willie Mae Stevens.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Stevens Hebert Wheeler (Scott); her grandchildren, Zachary Alan Hebert and Alyssa Grace Hebert; her siblings, Larry E. Pichon, Lori Pichon-Milford and Veronica Garcia; and her stepbrother Rene Galeas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
