With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine A. Nicholson of Slidell, Louisiana, born in Indianola, Mississippi, who passed away on June 15, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roscoe C. Nicholson; her parents, Sol Abraham and Iva House Abraham; and her brother George "Buddy" R. Abraham. She is survived by: her children, Susan Lee Nicholson and Russell Clay Nicholson; her sister Carolyn A. Halliburton; her niece Anne Stewart; and her nephews, John Halliburton, Cole Halliburton and Ben Marchman. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
