She was predeceased by: her parents, Adres "Pete" Laborde and Verna Laborde Cook; her husband Thomas D. Willis Sr. "Lover"; her sons, Thomas Willis Jr. and Richard Lilly; and her grandchildren, Thomas Willis III and Kellie Willis.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Williams (Tim), Star Willis, Regina Alphonso Darlene Willis (Keith), Dawn Nuschler (Drew), Hope Howell (Jimmy), Brian Willis (Peasie) and Lonnie Lilly (Brenda); and her godchild Angele Mejia. She is also survived by five brothers, and one sister; thirty-four grandchildren, fifty-five great-grandchildren, six great-great-granchildren.
