It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael William Schwaner (Slidell, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 6, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clinton W. Schwaner and Leda W. Schwaner; his wife Donna Marie Schwaner; his children, Jason Michael Stephens (Jacqueline), Justin Quinn Stephens, Jessica Lynn Schwaner, Jacob Salie Stephens (Jamie) and Sarah Elizabeth Schwaner; his grandchildren, Asher Schwaner and Charlotte Schwaner; his siblings, Ralph Schwaner (Laura), Thomas John Schwaner (Susan), Gregory Allen Schwaner, Scott Michael Schwaner (Susan), Randy Clinton Schwaner (Tali), Chris Eddy (Mary) and Lee Eddy Tullis; and his stepmother Barbara Schwaner.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mike's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital are requested.
