He was predeceased by: his parents, James Levy and Elizabeth Levy; and his siblings, Betty Levy Dossett, James "Gut" Levy, Morris "Monk" Levy, Howard "Bubba" Levy and Robert "Bobby" Levy.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky Esteve Levy; his children, Cindy Harness (Lonnie), David Levy (Debbie) and Bobby Levy (Marcia); and his brother William "Butch" Levy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve greatgrandchildren.
Memorial gifts may be made to First United Methodist Church of Slidell.
