She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Broom; her parents, Robert J. Williams and Arvie Sprole Williams; and her sister Gloria W. David (Chester). She is survived by: her sons, Gary W. Broom (Sandy) and Brant L. Broom (Terry); and her granddaughter Megan Broom.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in her name to the Slidell Noon Lions Club, or the National Association of Retired Federal Employees Alzheimer's fund.
