He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver J. Meyer, Sr. and Melanie Frey Evans; and his sister Madeline Meyer Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Smith Meyer; his children, Michelle M. Fitzpatrick, Jeffrey J. Meyer (Kimi) and Nathaniel O. J. Meyer; his stepchildren, Michelle Shafer (John) and Alan Williams (Kecia); his siblings, Melanie M. Meyer, Ann Fitzpatrick Leache, Barry Meyer and Peggy Meyer Persack; and his grandchildren, McKenzie Meyer, Madison Meyer, Courtney Thompson, Landon Meyer, Lilly Meyer, Brianna Galeas, Kristen Hanrahan, Haley Shafer, Brian Hanrahan, Mike Hanrahan, Emily Shafer and Brent Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations to St. Jude's Hospital, General service office of A.A., Salvation Army, Veterans Foreign Wars (VFW) or the Shriners Hospital preferred, in lieu of flowers.
