She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Donellan and Marion C. Donellan; and her son Wayne C. Leibe (Tammy). She is survived by: her husband Wayne Leibe; her son Chad F. Leibe (Melissa); her grandchildren, Noah, Chloe, Calli and Mackenzie; her sister Gayle D. Smith (Buford); and her nephews, Gary, David and Rick Smith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Audubon Funeral Home & Cremation Services (61101 US-11, Slidell, LA 70458). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Patricia's grandchildren's college funds are appreciated.
