She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Lowe and Angeline Dean Lowe. She is survived by: her brothers, Lorre Lowe (Peggy), Rodney Lowe (Rose Mary) and Toby Lowe (Genelle); her nieces and nephews, Erin Abercrombie (Patrick), Brad Lowe (Erin), Kristen Jordan (Nathan), Woody Lowe and Morgan Conravey (Doug); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan, Alex, Christopher, Emily, Alexandra, Addison, Kacie, Mason, Jackson and Madelyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations in the name of Peggy Lowe to the SMH Regional Cancer Center.
