It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Edward Sorant in Slidell, Louisiana, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sorant and Alice Sorant (Medbery); his son Christopher (Kris); and his brother Philip (Barbara). He is survived by: his sister Mary Jane Parker; his son Benjamin; his stepdaughter Kristen Cady; his stepgrandchild Keighlyn; his son Jacob; his stepson James Lynch; and his stepgrandchild Presley.
