He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Joseph Cooper and Hilda Ziegler Cooper; his children, Darrin Cooper (Denise), Lance Cooper (Christine), Kim Narcisse, Kevin Narcisse (Janice), Chet Cooper (Lintoi), Hilda Cooper, Candice Matthews and Kimberly Peters; his grandchildren, Garrett Cooper, Logan Cooper, Chloe Cooper, Devin Crockett, Dezmond Crockett, Juan Narcisse, Jalana Narcisse, Ashlyn Narcisse, Jaliyah Honore, Ariana Cooper, Christalyn Franklin, Lindsey Franklin, Ronald Franklin, Cameron Cooper, Caden Matthews, Carlin Matthews, Aniyah Peters and Howie Peters; his great grandchildren, Anthony Ussin, Zoe Franklin, Cannon Franklin and Elijah Franklin; his sister Kathy; and his cousin Jean Augustine. He was also cherished by extended family members and friends.
