He is survived by: his wife Shirley Munsch Millbern; his stepdaughter Jennifer Johnson; his stepgrandsons, Jacob, Julian and Jax Johnson; and his siblings, Susan M. Creech, Roy D. Millbern Jr. and Jody M. Brown.
