He was predeceased by: his father Monroe Robert Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Fascio Hughes; and his children, Amy Hughes Bennett and Saronda Burgason of Beaumont, Texas.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a Parkinson's charity or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are preferred.
