It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Luther Gallagher Jr. of Slidell, Louisiana, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gallagher (Isabelle Gallagher) and Isabelle Gallagher; and his sister Sharon Mary Gallagher McClaskey. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Nilza Rodriguez Gallagher of Anthony's Church; his children, Brian Joseph Gallagher (Lauren) and Lara Elizabeth Gallagher Galloway (Justin); and his grandchildren, Wyatt Cooper Galloway, Lilian Grace Schexnaydre, Ella Caroline Gallagher, Charlotte Claire Galloway, Lilly Caitlin Gallagher, Emma Jane Galloway, Laine Morgan Galloway and Tucker Robert Gallagher.
