We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2022, at the age of 82, Rodney Anthony Guidry of Slidell, Louisiana, born in Donaldsonville, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Joseph Guidry and Concetta Palermo Guidry; his brother Roy Anthony Guidry (Carolyn Petitto Guidry); his wife Gretchen Kay Willis Guidry; and his sister Concetta Guidry Bethel Mayhew.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Guidry McLellan (Rocky) and Gretchen Guidry Thomas (Adam); his grandchildren, Benjamin McLellan (Brittany), Jeremiah McLellan, Michael Thomas, Chris Thomas (Kate) and Jennifer Thomas Bodin (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Alaina McLellan, Alyssa McLellan, Logan McLellan, Lilah Thomas, Neil Thomas, Grace Thomas, Owen Bodin, Gray Bodin and Reese Bodin; and his nieces and nephews, Julie Guidry Dunk (Gary), Roy Guidry Jr. (Beth), Nathan Guidry (Elizabeth), Natalie Guidry Lindsay (Chris), Carolyn Bethel Lowery, Cindy Bethel Schembra, Sharon Bethel Bacon and Susan Bethel Morton (Wesley). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
