With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary Hendricks McManus of Slidell, Louisiana, who passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roy David McManus, Jr.; her parents, Donald Hendricks and Virginia Hendricks; her brothers, Larry and Earl Hendricks; and her grandson Mason James McManus.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah (Bo) of Maine, Rebecca Henley (Jeremy), Matthew McManus (Lauren), Roy McManus (Jacqueline), Rachel Stokes (Justin) and Nathan McManus (Kylie); her grandchildren, Emily, Bo and Gabriella of Maine; her children, Riley, Paisyn, Kayleigh McManus, Lily, Gemma McManus, Ella, Bennett Stokes, Layne and Abel McManus; and her brothers, Dennis and Michael Hendricks.
In lieu of flowers, donations can made to the Dementia Society of America https://www.dementiasociety.org or Catholic Charities of New Orleans https://www.ccano.org Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 910 Cross Gates Blvd. Slidell, LA 70461 on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 12:00 P.M.
