She was predeceased by: her parents, James G. Hill and Mary McMann Hill; her children, Michael W. Sorrells and Sandra D. Oglesbee; and her siblings, James, William Hill, Juanita Regan, Thelma Wilson, Elise Adams, Evelyn Howell, Bessie Gooch and Jessie Monroe.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Sorrells; her children, Brenda Sorrells, Donald Sorrells (Penny) and Thomas Sorrells Jr.; her son-in-law Nolan Oglesbee (Sandy); and her grandchildren, Glenn Penton (Katy), Amanda Clementi (Rich), Lindsey Oglesbee, Kristie Sorrells Hayes (Hoyt), Dusty Sorrells (Katie), Melissa Sorrells (Ryan), Ashley Sorrells and Kellie Holland (Justin). She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren, as well as numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
