She was predeceased by: her stepfather Homer Scott Cutlip. She is survived by: her parents, Pamela Brooks Cutlip and Kenneth Earl Collins; her daughter Ryleigh Nicol Winters (Jeff Winters Jr.); her granddaughters, Poppy Marie Winters and Parker Michelle Winters; and her sister Debbie Kay Collins.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home (1751 Gause Blvd W, Slidell, LA 70460).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Northshore Humane Society in Sheri's memory.
