She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Elmore; her parents, George C. Heine and Bernadine Mangin Heine; and her siblings, William Heine and Vera Rimer.

She is survived by: her children, James D. Elmore of Frisco, Stanley E. Elmore of Slidell, Louisiana and Cheryl E. Harper of Covington, Louisiana; and her brother George C. Heine. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
