He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Swan Gross and George Schuster; and his adoptive father E. "Red" Gross. He is survived by: his sister Marci Gross Leonard (Don Leonard); his children, Niki Gross Strahan (Kevin Strahan) and Jay Gross (Cheryl Aucoin Gross); his grandchildren, Jaiden Gross, Jacob Gross, Katy Rigol, Joe Rigol, Ashley Aucoin (Rob Smith), Kate Strahan, Ben Strahan and Jesse Strahan; his great grandchildren, Kaiden Smith and Dallas Smith; his niece Portia Leonard (Josh Guillotte); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, MyaKate Miletello, AnnaMarie Miletello, Lorelei Guillotte and Leonard Guillotte.
He valued and appreciated the love and communication of friends and family as he quarantined through COVID and beyond.
