She was predeceased by: her father Willie Mae Jones (Mother Willie Mae Jones); her husband Jerome Francis Collins Sr.; her siblings, Shirley Gardner (George), William D Jones, Patricia Ann Cortez and Bobby E Jones; and her daughter Kathern Jean Galatas.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn C Fabre (Chad); her grandchildren, Reanna F Ragas (Henry), Destiny A Ponder (John) and Christian M Depaula; her son Gerome Francis Collins Jr. (Robin); her grandchildren, Jerome F Collins III and Esther N Holley (Michael); her daughter Charlotte A Collins; her granddaughter Makayla R Collin; her daughter Theresa A Lacy (Harrold); and her grandchildren, Rachel Malone (James) and Brandon Lacy. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
