It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malcolm A. Lee of Sorrento, Louisiana, who passed away on May 9, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis "Man" Lee, Sr. and Lorita Acosta Lee; his daughter-in-law Tracy Lee; his grandson Christopher Lee; his stepmother Doris Daily Lee Matherne; and his half-sister Florence Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila B. Lee; his sons, Duane Lee (Susi) and Tyson Lee; his stepsons, Donald Elkins (Geneva) and Ronald Elkins (Elise); his siblings, Rickey Lee (Johanna), Victoria "Vicky" Daigle (Coy) and Mona Kirsch; his half-siblings, Carol Moore (Perry), Terral "Sudie" Rushing (Andy), Emma LeBourgeois (Darren), Mary Nickens (Darren), Louis "Manny" Lee Jr. (Elizabeth) and Charles Lee (DeAnna); his grandchildren, Delayne Tippit (Micah), Brayli Lee, Brooke Ella Lee and Victoria Lee; his stepgrandchildren, Orin, Lyla, Melanie, Dwayne and Connor Elkins; and his great grandchild Catherine Tippit. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (15710 LA-16, French Settlement, LA 70733). A Mass will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (15710 LA-16, French Settlement, LA 70733). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at the St Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery (15710 LA-16, French Settlement, LA 70733).
