He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Eugene Neal Sr. and Frances Wagner Neal; his former wife Joyce Ann Neal; his siblings, Charles and Mamie Lou Starkey; his grandson Bradley Wayne; his son-in-law Dugga Turnage; and his brothers-in-law, Ed Laughery and Nino Locandro.
He is survived by: his wife Delma Jean Neal; his daughters, Terri Lee (Mike) and Debra Turnage; his stepchildren, Lisa Roache (Greg), Lynette Lobell (Tab), Richie Gainey (Stacy) and Chris Gainey (Jessica); his siblings, Ronny Neal (Barbara), Roy Neal (Bonnie), Betty Jane Coelho (Miguel), Shirley Laughery and Rosemary Locandro; his grandchildren, Brian Wall (Laura), Tyler Wall (Kassidy), Cody Gainey (Kiera), Katelyn Wyatt (William), Miranda Walters (Levi), Dylan Wilson (Emily), Shelby Tow (Addison), Alan Gainey, Lanie Baudouin (Evan), Benjamin Gainey (Elli), McKenzie Gainey, Tabitha Dugas (Mason), Savanna Lobell, Andrew Roache and Jordan Gainey; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Dean, Tucker, Paisley, Maddie, Millie, Waylon, Avery, Allison, Kollins and Sawyer; and his great great grandchild Harper.
