She was predeceased by: her husbands, Richard Frazier and Joseph Cecil McKinney Sr.; her daughter Darlene Kirkland; her parents, James Bell and Inez Bell; her brothers, James Bell and Lawrence Bell; and her son-in-law Jerry Dykes.
She is survived by: her children, Joey McKinney Jr. (Treva), Gary McKinney Sr. (Cheryl) and Donna Dykes; her siblings, Elizabeth Hudson, Ernestine Westmoreland, Patsy Patterson (Tommy), Sheila McCustian, David Bell (Darlene) and Gene Bell; and her grandchildren, Angel Chatellier (Jason), Buddy McKinney Jr. (Elizabeth), Eric Lawson (Melvina), Jennifer Hebert (TJ), Danielle Graziano (Michael), Jennifer Elzey (Charles), Natalie Dykes, Carrie Ann Durbin (Ross), Jake Kirkland Jr., Jeffery D. Kirkland (Heather) and Joshua Kirkland (Christie). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
