He was predeceased by: his son Jason Ray Sibley; his parents, Guy Sampson Sibley and Marion Eva Meissner; and his brothers, Valmond Joseph Sibley (Laura) and Jack Carter Sibley (Debbie).
He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debi" Breazeale Sibley; his children, Erika Whatley (Jason), Janet Sibley (Dean Stansbury), Kenneth Sibley (Barbara) and Rodney Sibley (Lillian); Denise Ryan (Kenny). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
