He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Joyce LeBlanc Hardy; his daughters, Erika Hardy and Stacey Madden; his grandson Christian Madden; and his siblings, Audrey Bergeron, Glynda Jagneaux and Rixie Hardy (Celina).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Richard Murphy Hospice House.
