He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mason Lewis; his children, Kathy Lewis Long (Mark), Ernie Lewis (Marsha) and Lane Lewis (De Anna); his grandchildren, Jeni Long Davis (Clay), Hailey Lewis, Jana Long, Shelby Lewis, Josh Lewis, Colton Lewis, Jackson Lewis, Dax Lewis, Abigail Lewis and MaeLeigh Lewis; his great grandchildren, Kes Davis and Kam Davis; and his siblings, Don Lewis, Pete Lewis and Bonnie Lewis Vollmer (David).
