He is survived by: his mother Barbara Lee Taylor; his stepfather Billy Wayne Taylor of Springhill, LA; his children, Kolton Spurlin of Plain Dealing, LA, Lana Spurlin of Shreveport, LA and Lily Spurlin of Haughton, LA; his siblings, Wendy Evans (Blain) of West Jordan, UT and Nathan Spurlin of Cotton Valley; his stepsiblings, Kim Harkrader, Greg Stroud and Rusty Stroud; and his nieces, Samantha Taylor of Pensacola, FL and Anna Evans of West Jordan, UT.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
