He is survived by: his father Jeremy Perkins; his wife Robin Coile Souter; his grandmother Betty Jo Perkins; his siblings, Colt Wilson and Sunni Dowling; his uncles, John Perkins (Theresa) of Springhill, LA and Jonathon Souter (Rhonda) of Taylor, AR; his sister Chasiti Danielle (Jerol Hindsman) of Plain Dealing, LA; his cousins, Jessica Vollmer (Brandon) of Sarepta, LA, Johnny Ray Perkins (Nicole) of Bussey, AR, Samantha Perkins of Waldo, AR and Katelyn Perkins of Springhill, LA; his nephew Caleb Lane; and his niece Allison Lane. He is also survived by numerous friends and cousins.
