Washburn of Springhill, LA, Marc Terrell, Jr. of North Ft and Nicholas Terrell of Cape Coral, FL; her siblings, Patrick S. Mayfield (Kathy) of Cullen, LA and Kristine Mayfield of Sarepta, LA; and her close friend Clayton Hoyle of Springhill, LA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
