With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Wayne John King of Springhill, Louisiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl and Edna Mae Beadle King; and his brother Robert Lee King. He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Haynes King; his children, Angie King Huff (Ricky) of Shongaloo, LA, Kathy King Morgan (Chuck) of Natchitoches, LA and John King (Jodie) of Longview, TX; and his grandchildren, Macy Huff, Cameron Huff, Haynes King, Steelie King (Jacob Graham) and Kingston Morgan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Springhill Methodist Church (104 4th St NW, Springhill, LA 71075). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
