He was predeceased by: his father Earl "Tippy" Gibson; his sister Elizabeth Foster; and his nephew Kenny Foster. He is survived by: his children, Shelby Delano (Devan) and Kahlan Jerree Gibson; his stepson Frankie Tubbe; his grandchildren, Ellora Delano and Brandon Demoine Franklin Jr.; his mother Jean Rogers; and his stepfather Talmadge Rogers.
