He is survived by: his wife Jackie Fair Evans; his children, Jennifer Evans Sturdivant (Chris), Olivia Evans Jones (David) and Joshua Evans (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Loralee Sturdivant, Jackson Sturdivant, Joleigh Evans, Nathanial Jones, Landrie Evans, Tucker Sturdivant, Brighton Jones, Sage Pipes (Hank) and Abbi Hanks; and his aunt Gwile Ates Cox (Billy).
