She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Roy Day; her son Oliver "Bubba" Miles; her stepson Terry Day; her parents, Hoyt Marshall and Willie Fleming Marshall; and her siblings, Jane, Janis, Jenice Marshall, Billy Wayne Marshall and Charles Marshall.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Miles (Becky) of Bastrop, Louisiana, Debra Harris of Sterlington, Sheila Caudillo (Tito) of Bridge City and Risa Rivers (Brian) of Carlisle, Pennsylvania; her stepdaughters, Tammy Day of Shreveport and Sandra Bowden of Fountain Hill; and her sister Carolyn Maxine Acrey of Dumas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
